Click on the Tenant Portal card above, then select Create an account on the login page. Fill in your details (fullname, email, username, move-in/move-out dates, selected property, and unit number) to set up your account.

For your convenience, we support multiple cashless options including GCash, PayMaya, BDO Bank Transfer, and GoTyme Bank. QR codes are available directly in your Tenant Dashboard under "Pay Now".

Log into your Tenant Portal, go to the Requests tab from the bottom navigation, click Make a Request, fill in the subject and description, and submit. The property managers will review and address it promptly.

Monthly billing statements, including rental breakdowns, water consumption, and electricity usage details are posted in the View Billing section of your Tenant Dashboard.
